Who we are
This website is operated by [COMPANY NAME] ("Vibe-Tech", "we", "us"), based in Norwich, United Kingdom [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. You can contact us at support@vibetech.uk.
What data we collect
Through our forms we collect what you choose to send us: your name, email address, an optional phone number, your project details or current website address (for an audit), and any message you write. With your consent, we also collect anonymous analyticsabout how the site is used (see "Cookies & analytics" below).
How we use it & our lawful basis
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We will not use your details for marketing without your separate consent.
Who we share it with (processors)
We use trusted third parties to operate the contact form:
- Resend — delivers form submissions and confirmation emails.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — protects the forms from spam and abuse.
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides cookieless traffic analytics.
- Google (Analytics & Ads) and Meta (Pixel) — measure site usage and advertising performance. Only loaded if you accept analytics cookies.
These providers may process data on servers outside the UK (including the USA). Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies & analytics
Essential cookies keep the site working and are always on. We only set analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics/Ads and the Meta Pixel) after you accept them in our cookie banner — until then they stay disabled (Google Consent Mode). You can change your mind any time by clearing the site's cookies. Vercel's basic traffic analytics are cookieless and don't identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 24 months), then delete it. [Confirm your actual retention period.]
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email support@vibetech.uk.
Complaints
If you have a concern you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we'd appreciate the chance to help first.
