Question 1

Why £50 an hour — isn’t that expensive for a small business?

Accepted Answer

Compare it to what you’re losing. If your team spends 10 hours a week on a process that could be automated, that’s 520 hours a year — at any salary. A 10-hour audit that removes the bottleneck costs £500 once. For project management, you’re getting 20 years of senior programme experience without the full-time salary that comes with it.

Question 2

What’s the difference between a website and a PWA?

Accepted Answer

A website is primarily for information and enquiries. A PWA behaves like an app — it installs to the home screen, works offline and supports richer interactivity like bookings, portals or accounts. If customers need to log in, book or return regularly, a PWA is usually the right answer.

Question 3

I’ve been burned by a freelancer before. Why is this different?

Accepted Answer

Three things: a written contract agreed before work starts, split payment (50% to start, 50% on launch), and a refund guarantee at the design stage. You never pay in full upfront, and you own everything from day one.

Question 4

Can I hire you for just a few hours to review something?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The minimum engagement for hourly work is 10 hours, which is enough for a meaningful process audit or a project health check. Book a free call and we’ll agree what’s realistic.

Question 5

Do you work only with UK businesses?

Accepted Answer

Based in Norwich, UK — but I work with clients worldwide. Payments are in GBP to a UK bank account.

Question 6

What if I’m not sure which service I need?

Accepted Answer

That’s what the free call is for. We’ll talk through where you are, what’s not working, and what would make the most difference. If we can help, I’ll tell you how. If we can’t, I’ll tell you that too.

Question 7

How long does a website take?

Accepted Answer

Most business sites go live in around 14 days, not months. You’ll get a clear timeline together with your fixed quote.

Question 8

Do you use AI in the build process?

Accepted Answer

Yes — I use modern AI-assisted tools to speed up parts of design and development, the same way most senior web professionals do today. Every strategic decision, every design choice and every line that ships is reviewed and finished by me personally. It is a shortcut on overhead, not on quality.

Question 9

What if I need changes after launch?

Accepted Answer

Most owners add the £250/month Care plan — hosting, updates and two hours of edits a month, no lock-in. Or take the keys and run it yourself.

Question 10

I’m not technical — is that a problem?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. You deal with one person, in plain English, and I handle every technical part for you.
